I am the founder and the owner of Happy Kidz Yoga. I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a 120-hour certified kids yoga teacher. My journey began when I moved to Israel, leaving behind a corporate career to find balance and fulfillment through yoga. Yoga became my compass, guiding me towards a more centered and fulfilling life. Working with athletes and kids, I've seen how mindfulness and movement can transform lives. Beyond yoga, my passion for healing led me to become a certified Reiki practitioner and psychic healer. I believe in the holistic approach to well-being, incorporating both the physical and energetic dimensions to create a harmonious and balanced life. Yoga is not just a practice; it's a journey that has helped me discover my better self. As a mom of two, my heart mission is to show them how to be happy with themselves, be aware of who they are, and most importantly, have an absolute blast doing what they love in their busy and competitive lives, I started this journey to bring some joy and self-discovery into their world.
Larissa Daugherty
Hi! I’m Larissa, I am a certified yoga instructor. I grew up in New York and was a ballet dancer for many years. My workouts shifted to high-intensity cardio and strength training. I used yoga as something to do on my “off” days. In the wake of the pandemic, I felt adrift in my passions and sense of self. I began my journey back to the root of myself by revisiting yoga. I enjoyed yoga because I felt that rather than just exercise, it offered many holistic health and mental benefits. I realized that yoga is a form of moving meditation; linking breath to motion was powerful. Vinyasa and Power yoga are some of my favorite workouts and Yin yoga became my meditative avenue to improve flexibility and circulation. The union of mind, body, and spirit had such a profound impact on me, that I felt I needed to get certified and share yoga with anyone interested.I love to spend my free time with my family, cooking and practicing yoga. I attend several yoga retreats and workshops every year.

Tina Eustace
Hello! My name is Tina. I am a 200hr qualified yoga teacher.
I moved here from the UK in 2018 with my husband and 3 sons. Working as a High School teaching assistant in England and then teaching English in Luxembourg while we lived there for 4 years,
I found that yoga was the one thing that I could always rely on to help me ‘feel at home’. I have been practicing for over 15 years, and now enjoy teaching various styles of yoga, with Yin Yoga being one of my favorites. I’m dedicated to my continuing education, I hold qualifications in Yin & Chinese medicine, anatomy, and Yoga Nidra. In my spare time, you’ll see me walking for miles with my dog, going to the movies, and listening to live music. I am sure that the children are going to LOVE my accent!
Sandy Piper
Sandy brings joy and playfulness into her classes. She uses her quirkiness to demonstrate that yoga is for everyone, big or little, old or young, bendy or stiff! Her accommodating style helps her students build confidence, empowerment, and most importantly, have fun in the practice. When she is not teaching yoga or taking yoga, Sandy can be found chasing her 2 sons and 2 dogs through her backyard or teaching her high school history students to appreciate American History.

Shivani Bharadwaz
Hi! I’m Shivani, and yoga has been a lifelong journey for me. While I’ve practiced yoga since I was a kid, it became a true passion during my senior year of high school, helping me cultivate a clear mind and a calm sense of self. In 2019, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), which was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Over the past five years, I’ve continued my personal practice and shared yoga with friends while completing my Bachelor’s degree at Kennesaw State University.
In high school, I volunteered with various nonprofits, working with children and tutoring elementary students in math and English. I find working with kids to be both rewarding and rejuvenating, and I love sharing the benefits of yoga with them.
JaneAnn Quinn
Since completing my education at Ohio University, I have lived in East Cobb and Roswell for over 20 years. My professional career in Health Care Administration had been partnered with teaching youth gymnastics at the YMCA as well as a local training gym. I can also be found teaching children's music classes while on staff at a fantastic Roswell preschool! I trained under Kim Saunders YTT Collective and am a certified 200-hour certified yoga instructor. Lifelong learning is always important to me, and I am completing certification as a Y12SR Peer Support Guide which combines yoga with recovery and addiction prevention. Making yoga accessable to our community, from guiding beginners to those interested in breathwork and mediation is my passion, and has strengthened my personal practice along the way! A child's capacity to pick up yoga is quick and I love presenting it in a playful, inclusive and safe manner. My husband, two sons and a daughter-in-law are my support as well as true delights.

I have been practicing yoga since 2006 when my Pilates class was cancelled and replaced with a hatha yoga class. In the first downward dog, my teacher introduced the idea of purposeful alignment, movement, and most importantly the power of breathing. Having a career in healthcare, I was drawn to the anatomy and physiology of the asanas and how the body can heal through poses. Yoga was also a vital outlet to release stress from MY fast-paced job. Every class ended with one quote: “Yoga is the still body, quiet mind, and open heart.” Curiosity to expand my practice led me to Mysore Yoga Atlanta which opened the door to the world of Ashtanga yoga. Immediately drawn to the structured and inward practice I went through teacher training to learn the breakdown of the Ashtanga primary series poses and the art of adjusting in the Mysore room. I am a mom of 3 girls (20yo, 16yo, and 10yo) and love love love to work with kids.
